We are a growing, family-owned business that specializes in creating fun, enjoyable, useful people-oriented gift baskets. We live and work in beautiful Appleton, Maine.

Our Gift Baskets:
We make all of our own gift baskets and they are made right after you order them. This allows us to decorate them for the recipient, the occasion and the season. Much of the food we use in our gift baskets comes locally from people we know. This allows us to assure both the quality and the freshness. We believe in healthy gifts so we use certified organic food when we can.

Our Customer Service:
We believe in great, presonalized customer service. We want to help you give the perfect gift. We want the person receiving the gift to be just as happy. Let us know if there is something more we can do to make your gift special.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping on any one gift basket is 13.95 via UPS Ground (5-7 business days). Expedited Shipping is $24.95 via USPS Priority (2-3 business days) and Next Day delivery is $54.95 via USPS. Orders for next day delivery MUST be received by noon.

We feel these costs are very reasonable if you consider that you might pay $10 to ship a CD or book in a small, flat envelope. Add a gift to your shopping cart, put in the zip code of the recipient and you can compare shipping charges. Please keep in mind that "business days" do not include weekends and, if you order expedited delivery late in the week, it most likely will not arrive until the beginning of the following week.

We aren't "gimmicky" folks:
As more folks shop on the internet, online vendors become more creative with their marketing strategies. We've decided not to be like everyone else and to keep things simple both for our customers and for us. You won't see us on comparative shopping sites or discount shopping sites. We won't artificially inflate our prices and then offer free shipping. We don't believe in placing advertising on our web site. We do send out timely newsletters (6 per year) before holidays and usually include a 10% discount coupon. Sign up for our mailing list to be included.

We are environmentally aware:
Our environment is an issue for us. We are always on the lookout for ways to make our business more environmentally friendly while not increasing costs to our customers. Our most recent change is to use to biodegradable, starch-based packing material. Those styrofoam peanuts made us crazy!

We donate:
We believe that any good business should share it's success. When you buy one of our gift baskets, we donate $2.00 to a charitable agency. We place a tag on the gift basket you have ordered letting the recipient know that a donation has been made to a certain organization. We carefully research these organizations using Charity Navigator (www.charitynavigator.org). There are over 120 charitable organizations we donate to as most of our gift baskets are associated with different agencies. This means quite a bit of check writing at year end but we feel it's worth it.

We truly enjoy what we do and we hope that you will enjoy sending our gift baskets to your family and friends.
 Cathy personally designs, creates and wraps each Gift Basket that we sell and Jeff does all the geeky, computer-related, marketing stuff.

As of January 2009, we now have over 150 Gift Baskets! We constantly update and add to our Gift Basket selection, so come back and visit us regularly.
