Q: How soon does my order ship?
A: We create, pack and ship most orders within 24 hours of when we get them. If they come early enough in the day (like before noon), most go out the same day.

Q: Will you ship to a patient in a hospital?
A: Yes, we are happy to ship our gift baskets to hospitals! Please provide as much information as possible including: wing, floor, room number, etc. We would strongly urge you to check to see that the patient will still be there when the package arrives. Each hospital has their own process for delivery. What we find most often is that your gift is delivered either to the front desk or the shipping department. In either case, they will sign for the package and make sure the gift basket is delivered to the room. We are not able to account for packages after they have arrived at the hospital and been signed for.

Q: How long will it take for my gift basket to arrive?
A: This depends on how far you are from us. If you have selected Ground Shipping, delivery is 3-7 business days depending on how far you are from us. Most folks do not realize that weekends don't count as business days. If we ship a box to the west coast on a Friday afternoon, that package might not arrive till the following Friday. We have also had east coast deliveries arrive the day after they have been shipped (two days is more reasonable though). If you are a procrastinator and have waited till the last minute to shop for a gift, then you might want to splurge on expedited shipping.

Q: Can you ship my order to arrive on a certain day?
A: We can get pretty close. We get estimated delivery information from our shippers and they are usually pretty accurate. Send us an email or call or type a quick note in the gift comments area if you'd like your gift delivered on a certain day.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Excluding the Holiday Season, shipping on any one gift basket is 13.95 via FedEx/UPS Ground (3-7 business days). Expedited Shipping is $24.95 via USPS Priority (2-3 business days) and Next Day delivery is $54.95 via USPS. Orders for next day delivery MUST be received by noon EST. Please note that these prices are for delivery within the continental US. Contact us for delivery costs to ship elsewhere.

Q: Do you ship to APO (military) addresses?
A: Yes, we do. Your gift must be shipped through the US Postal Service and requires a bit of additional paperwork at the post office.  We believe in supporting our men and women in the military. Please call us and let us place your order for you.
