Out of Stock Items: Because we inventory over 150 Gift Baskets, there are times we might run out of a particular item in a particular basket. We reserve the right to substitute other like items in place of those that are out of stock. Substituted products will be of equal or greater value and not take away from either the quality or appearance of the Gift Basket. This assures you that a quality gift is delivered in a timely fashion.
Items Damaged in Transit: We're pretty good at packaging our baskets though occasionally we have a misfire. Call or write and we will gladly replace the damaged item at no cost to you.
Returns: We guarantee complete satisfaction. If you have ordered one of our products and are not completely satisfied, please return the product to us and we will be happy to issue you a refund or an exchange of equal value.
